KUPANG PICKLES

For this dish from kupang, Timor, you will need cucumber, green peppers, tomatoes, celery, shallots, chilies and boiled shrimps. The vegetables are cut in small cubes. The celery, shallots and chilies are cut finely into small pieces. Then all the ingredients are mixed with salt, sugar, vinegar, ground pepper and fried sesame seeds. It should be cooled in the fridge for an hour before serving.
